Has my order gone out?

You will receive a shipping email when the order has left our warehouse

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the destination, normally shipments are made between 48 hours and 72 hours of the following business days. If the carrier goes to the place of destination and you are not there, it will leave you a note of passage (only if the portal is accessible) so that you can contact them and coordinate the delivery. In any case, the carrier will return the next day at another time to make the delivery again. It is your responsibility that the delivery address is correct and complete.

Can I give my workplace as the delivery address?

Of course, it is better that you provide us with an address where there is always someone to receive your order, it is better that the delivery address be at the establishment where you usually spend most of the day, such as your workplace or premises, since that the delivery schedules are commercial.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping costs are 4.00 EUR for Spain 
(excluding islands, Ceuta and Melilla). DUAS charges (taxes and/or customs management expenses) are paid by the client.

For purchases over €50, shipping costs will be free (ONLY VALID FOR PENINSULA).

What time do they deliver it?

Our carrier will make deliveries between 09:00-18:00, that is, throughout the day.

Where can I find information about VAT?

Once registered in our Online store, you will be able to access an order history where you will find all the invoice/receipt information and relevant details.

 Can I exchange my items?

We only make changes to items in our Valecuatro Stores (stores located in El Corte Inglés centers are excluded). The garments must be in perfect condition and with their original labels. The term for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase. You must present the items you want to return along with the purchase receipt.

The change can be made for another garment of the same amount, or also of a higher amount, paying the difference. We recommend that you call the store you are interested in visiting in advance to ensure the availability of the garment. https://www.valecuatro.com/es/tiendas

What should I do if an item is missing?

If you receive your order and an item is missing, contact us at info@valecuatro.com

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

We only sell items in perfect condition, with label and original packaging, so if, exceptionally, you receive a garment with some defect, contact our customer service department at  info@valecuatro.com 

What is the deadline to make the change?

The exchange period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

If my order arrives and I am not satisfied, can you refund my money or exchange what I buy for another product?

Yes, we at Valecuatro believe a lot in the satisfaction of our customers. If you bought something that doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we'll exchange it for another item or refund your money (excluding shipping).

Can I make a cash on delivery purchase?

No, we only have four forms of payment in our Online store:

  1. Bank card (Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, etc.)
  2. PayPal.
  3. Wire transfer.
  4. Bizum.
