In Valecuatro you can place your orders through 4 payment methods:

  1. Bank card (Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, etc.)
  2. PayPal.
  3. Wire transfer.
  4. Bizum.

At Valecuatro, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money within 30 days (return costs not included) or we will help you manage the change of size or product.

CHANGES

Conditions only applicable to purchases made through the website www.valecuatro.com (any purchase made through another website, go to the corresponding portal).

Changes are only made on garments purchased on web orders, in person at Valecuatro stores. That is, no changes of garments or sizes are made online.

These changes in the store will be allowed within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in perfect condition and with its original labels, presenting the items you want to return together with the purchase delivery note.

The change can be made for another garment of the same amount, or also of a higher amount, paying the difference.

RETURNS

Conditions only applicable to purchases made through the website www.valecuatro.com (any purchase made through another website, go to the corresponding portal).

Returns will be allowed within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in perfect condition and with its original labels. Valecuatro SL reserves the right to deny the return if the merchandise and articles are considered to have been damaged or used.

Once your return has been received and the good condition of the products has been verified, the refund will be made by transfer through the same payment method used (bank transfer, Bizum, Paypal or bank card). The amount of your refund will be taken into account within a period of 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.

To make your return you have three options:

- Request a collection from Valecuatro (cost of €4, to be deducted at the time of reimbursement). Only applicable to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

- Return at the customer's expense and expense.

- Make your return in a Valecuatro Store.

 

A)    Request a collection from Valecuatro (cost of €4, to be deducted at the time of your refund). Only applicable to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

 

Steps to follow:

1. Enter your www.valecuatro.com account , and select the order on which you want to make a return in the "History and Details of my orders" section. Once inside:

  • Check the items you want to return.
  • Indicate the reason why you want to return your garments within the field provided for this information.
  • Finally, click on “Request a Return”.

(If you do not have an account on our page, send us these same data along with your order number to info@valecuatro.com or through the contact form on the page)

2. On the delivery note that came with your purchase, also circle the references you want to return.

3. Prepare your garments to be returned in a package and affix the adhesive label provided at the bottom of your delivery note to the outside of the package.

4. Subsequently insert the rest of the delivery note into the package and close it.

5. A TIPSA courier will pick up your package within 48 working hours of your request. You will also receive an email indicating that your return process is in progress.

 

B)    Return at the customer's expense and expense.

 

Steps to follow:

1. If you are going to make the return at your expense and expense, you DO NOT have to FILL in any information in your Valecuatro account, you only have to send us the product. (The fields provided to request a return in your order, only have to be filled in if you are going to request a collection by Valecuatro. Cost €4. Only applicable to Peninsula Spain Portugal)

2. On the delivery note that came with your purchase, circle the references you want to return.

3. Affix the adhesive label provided at the bottom of the delivery note to the outside of the return package. Subsequently insert the rest of the delivery note inside the package, close it and send it to the address indicated below (destination address that will coincide with the one provided on said adhesive label).

4. The expenses for sending the products of your order by this form of return, will be borne by the client. The client can select and send his package with the courier or postal service he wants. Valecuatro will not accept postage due or cash-on-delivery shipments, nor will the expenses incurred for sending your return be subsequently paid.

 

C)     Make your return in a Valecuatro Store

Finally, you can also return your order at any Valecuatro store.

You will only have to present the items you want to return together with your purchase receipt.

In the store, you can also change your order for another item of equal or greater value, paying the difference, if you wish. If, on the contrary, what you want is a refund, the store will notify the central offices and the amount will be refunded in the same payment method used for the purchase, and within the corresponding periods indicated above. This refund will not be made in the same store in any case.
